【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesbyastaticvolumetricmethodandprovidesaprocedureforcalculatingthevolumetriccompositionofthemixture,ftcanbeusedeitherwithbinarygasmixtures(containingonecalibrationcomponentinacomplementarygas,whichisusuallynitrogenorair)orwithmixturescontainingmorethanonecomponentinthecomplementarygas.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifieshowtheexpandeduncertaintyinthevolumefractionOfeachcalibrationcomponentinthemixtureisdeterminedbyarigorousevaluationofallthemeasurementuncertaintiesinvolved,includingthoseassociatedwiththeapparatususedforthepreparationofthegasmixtureandthoseassociatedwiththeexperimentalprocedureitself.NOTE1ThisInternationalStandardisgenerallyapplicabletothepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturescontainingcalibrationcomponentsintheconcentrationrange10×10(10ppb—partsperbillion)to50×10(50ppm—partspermillion)byvolume.However,gasmixturesmaybepreparedatlargerorsmallervolumefractions,providedthatthecomponentsusedinthestaticdilutionprocessareselectedappropriately.NOTE2Arelativeexpandeduncertaintyofnotgreaterthan±1%atalevelofconfidenceof95%maybeachievableattheseconcentrations,providedthat:—thepuritiesoftheparentgaseshavebeendeterminedbyanalysisandanysignificantimpuritiesandtheuncertaintiesintheirmeasuredconcentrationshavebeentakenintoaccount;—nosignificantadsorptioneffectsorchemicalreactionsoccurbetweenthegaseousconstituentsandtheinternalsurfacesoftheapparatus,andtherearenoreactionsbetweenanyofthegaseouscomponents,i.e.betweenthecalibrationcomponentandcomplementarygasorbetweenthecalibrationcomponentsthemselves;—alltherelevantapparatususedinthepreparationofacalibrationgasmixturehavebeencalibratedwithassignedmeasurementuncertaintieswhichareappropriatetocalculatingthefinalexpandeduncertaintyforthecalibrationgasmixtureprepared.

适用范围
本标准规定了制冷空调系统用气液分离器的术语和定义、分类和型号、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以液化气体为制冷剂、设计压力不大于2.51MPa、设计温度不大于60℃、容积不大于25L、使用安全分类为A1（纯组份制冷剂或混合物制冷剂）或A1/A1（混合物制冷剂）的制冷剂、工作循环为蒸气压缩式制冷循环及类似循环的制冷空调系统用气液分离器。
