【摘要】:1ScopeThispartofIEC60669appliestomanuallyoperatedgeneralpurposeswitches,fora.c.onlywitharatedvoltagenotexceeding440Vandaratedcurrentnotexceeding63A,intendedforhouseholdandsimilarfixedelectricalinstallations,eitherindoorsoroutdoors.Forswitchesprovidedwithscrewlessterminalstheratedcurrentislimitedto16A.Switchescoveredbythisstandardareintendedforthecontrolinnormaluseof:–acircuitforatungstenfilamentlampload;or–acircuitforafluorescentlampload(includingelectronicballast);or–acircuitforasubstantiallyresistiveloadwithapowerfactornotlessthan0,95;or–amonophasecircuitformotorloadwitharatedcurrentupto10Aandapowerfactornotlessthan0,6;or–acombinationofthese.NOTE1Anextensionofthescopetoswitchesforratedvoltageshigherthan440Visunderconsideration.NOTE2Anincreaseoftheratedcurrentof10Aformotorloadisunderconsideration.NOTE3Forthetimebeing,switcheswitharatedcurrentmorethan10Aareconsideredasa10Acurrentformotorloadswitch.Thestandardalsoappliestoboxesforswitches,withtheexceptionofmountingboxesforflushtypeswitches.NOTE4Generalrequirementsforboxesforflush-typeswitchesaregiveninIEC60670.Italsoappliestoswitchessuchas:–switchesincorporatingpilotlights;–electromagneticremotecontrolswitches(particularrequirementsaregivenintherelevantpart2);–switchesincorporatingatime-delaydevice(particularrequirementsaregivenintherelevantpart2);–combinationsofswitchesandotherfunctions(withtheexceptionofswitchescombinedwithfuses);–electronicswitches(particularrequirementsaregivenintherelevantpart2);–switcheshavingfacilitiesfortheoutletandretentionofflexiblecables(seeannexB);–isolatingswitches(particularrequirementsaregivenintherelevantPart2).NOTE5TheminimumlengthoftheflexiblecableusedwiththeseswitchesmaybegovernedbyNationalWiringRules.Switchescomplyingwiththisstandardaresuitableforuseatambienttemperaturesnotnormallyexceeding25°C,butoccasionallyreaching35°C.NOTE6Switchescomplyingwiththisstandardaresuitableonlyforincorporationinequipmentinsuchawayandinsuchaplacethatitisunlikelythatthesurroundingambienttemperatureexceeds35°C.Inlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasinships,vehiclesandthelikeandinhazardouslocations,forexamplewhereexplosionsareliabletooccur,specialconstructionsmayberequired.
