【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsfornewlymanufacturedelectronicsecondarymetersorsub-meterswhichmeasureeitherelectricalenergiesaloneorelectricalenergiestogetherwithotherelectricalparametersassociatedwiththeenergy.Itappliestometersthatmeasureactiveenergy,apparentenergy,reactiveenergy(capacitive,inductiveand/ortotal),andamperesquaredhours(A2h)andtothemeasurementofcurrent,voltage,activepower,apparentpower,reactivepower(capacitive,inductiveand/ortotal),powerfactor,phaseangleandfrequencywhenmeasuredinadditiontoanenergy.Itappliestoallsecondarymetersandsub-metersforindoorandoutdoorapplications,bothportableandpermanentlyinstalled,forallpowerfrequenciesincludingd.c.Italsoappliestoallregisters,indicators,displaysandoutputs,andtotheoperationoftestoutputs.Itdoesnotapplytoprimarymeters,todatainterfacestothemeter,ortoloadsurveyanalysersorloadsurveymeters.Thereliabilityaspectisnotcoveredinthisstandard.Wherethedisplayand/orthememoryisexternalorwhereotherelementsareenclosedinthemetercase(suchasmaximumdemandindicators,telemetering,timeswitchesorremotecontrol,etc.)thisstandardappliesonlytothesectionofthemeterconcernedwithmeasurement.
