【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardappliestoaseriesofstraightfaceandcrownedfaceweldedsteelconveyorpulleyswhichhaveacontinuousrimandtwoendiscseachwithacompressionbypehubtoprovideaclampfitontheshaft.Itisnotapplicabletosinglediscpulleys,wingorslattypepulleys,castpulleysorpulleysnotutilizingcompressiontypehubs.Thestandardestablishesloadratings,allowablevariationfromnominaldimensions,permissiblecrowndimensionsandsuchoveralldimensionsasarenormallynecessarytoestablishclearancesforlocationofadjacentparts.Itisnotintendedtospecifyconstructiondetails,otherthanasoutlinedabove,nortoestablishtheactualdimensionsofanycomponentparts.TheseriesofpulleysizesandshaftcombinationsshowninTable3andtheloadratingsshowninTable2coverthemajorityofcombinationsofweldedsteelpulleyswithcompressiontypehubsnormallyusedinbeltconveyorandelevatorpractice.Onlytheseriesshownarecoveredbythisstandard.1.2Weldedsteelconveyorpulleyscoveredbythisstandardshouldnotbeusedwithsteelcableandotherhighmodulusbeltsbecausesuchbeltscreatestressconcentrationsanddemandmanufacturingtolerancesbeyondthecapacitiesofthesepulleys.
