【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheperformancerequirementsofradiotherapydosimeters,asdefinedin3.1,intendedforthemeasurementofABSORBEDDOSETOWATEROrAIRKERMA(andtheirRATES)inphotonorelectronradiationfieldsasusedinradiotherapy.NOTE-Throughoutthisstandard:-ifnomaterialisspecified,theterm"ABSORBEDDOSE"Or"DOSE"means"ADSORBEDDOSETOWATER(inwater)'andtheterm"KERMA"means"AIRKERMA(inair)";-whenthequantity"AIRKERMA(inair)"inunits"Gy"isused,thequantity"EXPOSURE"inunits"C/kg"isalsoallowable.2Thedose-monitoringsystemsincorporatedinradiotherapytreatmentmachinesarenotcoveredbythisstandard,neitherarethere-entrantionchambersusedforbrachytherapysourcecalibration.3ThisstandardisapplicabletothefollowingtypesofDOSIMETER:a)FIELD-CLASSDOSIMETERSnormallyusedfor1)themeasurementofKERMAorDOSEinaradiationbeam,eitherinairorinaPHANTOM;2)invivoskinsurfaceorintracavitarymeasurementsofDOSEonPATIENTS.b)REFERENCE-CLASSDOSIMETERSnormallyusedforthecalibrationofFIELD-CLASSDOSIMETERS.NOTE-REFERENCE-CLASSDOSIMETERSmaybeUSedasFIELD-CLASSDOSIMETERS.
