【摘要】:ThispartofISO230specifiesmethodsoftestingandevaluatingtheaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningofnumericallycontrolledmachinetoolaxesbydirectmeasurementofindividualaxesonthemachine.Themethodsdescribedapplyequallytolinearandrotaryaxes.NOTE-Whenseveralaxesaresimultaneouslyundertest,thismethoddoesnotapply.ThispartofISO230maybeusedfortypetesting,acceptancetests,comparisontesting,periodicverification,machinecompensation,etc.Themethodsusedinvolverepeatmeasurementsateachposition.TherelatedparametersaredefinedandcalculatedasdescribedintheGuidetotheexpressionofuncertaintyinmeasurement[1](seeannexB).AnnexAdescribestheapplicationofanoptionaltestcycle—thestepcycle.Theresultsfromthiscycleshouldneitherbeusedinthetechnicalliteraturewithreferencetothisstandard,norforacceptancepurposes,exceptunderspecialwrittenagreementsbetweensupplier/manufactureranduser.PurereferencetothispartofISO230formachineacceptancealwaysreferstothestandardtestcycle.
