【摘要】:1ThisBritishStandardisconcernedwithmethodsforthemeasurementbynon-destructivemeansofthethicknessofsinglecoatings,suchaspaintorplatingonmetallicsubstrates,andappliesbothtotheinspectionofcomponentsduringtheirmanufacturingstagesandalsowhensubsequentlyinservice.2Whileoneofthemethodsdescribedcanbeappliedtotheestimationofthethicknessofanodiccoatingsonaluminiumalloys,thegeneralmeasurementofthedepthofconversioncoatings,ofcorrosion,ofcasehardeningandofdecarburiza-tionisnotconsidered.3Thestandarddoesnotspecifychecksonthephysicalconditionofthecoatings,e.g.,ontheirsurfacetexture,continuityoradhesion,anditshouldbeborneinmindthatvariationinthesefactorsmayaffecttheaccuracyofthicknessmeasurement.
