【摘要】:1ThispartofISO1872establishesasystemofdesignationforpolyethylenethermoplasticmaterial,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2Thetypesofpolyethyleneplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonap-propriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)densityb)meltmass-flowrateandoninformationabouttheintendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO1872isapplicabletoallpolyethylenehomopolymersandtocopolymersofethylenehavingacontentofother1-olefinicmonomersoflessthan50%(m/m)andacontentofnon-olefinicmonomerswithfunctionalgroupsuptoamaximumof3%(m/m).Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpellets,unmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.ThispartofISO1872doesnotapplytomasterbatchesortoEPMrubber.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperform-ance.ThispartofISO1872doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).
